Quality Custom Flags and Banners - Fast Turnaround
The most widely used fabric for custom flags. DuPont SolarMax is known for its superior ultraviolet resistance and lustrous appearance, providing the highest quality image and the least amount of fading when exposed to the sun’s rays. Its light weight and close weave enables it to fly in the slightest breeze. Therefore, it is used extensively for the various custom flag and custom banner processes noted above. See chart below for fabric colors.
Dacron is a polyester fabric often used for custom flags using dye sublimation process as it has a look and feel very similar to the DuPont SolarMax™ nylon.
Twill is a soft polyester fabric printed on one side only. Excellent for custom table covers, custom banners and a variety of other uses.
Poly Flag is a lightweight polyester fabric (similar to those flags made in Europe). The inks penetrate 100% on the reverse side. This fabric is very often used for custom car flags.
Sunbrella is the most popular choice for custom Avenue banners. Sunbrella fabric is a woven acrylic material ideal for outdoor use because it resists fading and endures the harshest weather conditions. With most colors (but not white), Sunbrella may be printed on both sides with a different design on each side. The design may not bleed to the edge.
Vinyl is an economical fabric which is often used for custom banners displayed indoors. When used outdoors, they are usually best for short term use. Vinyl can be screen printed or digitally printed in full color. Your design and how it will be used often determines which process would work best for your needs.
